LINK CHECKING DETAILS

LinkAudit performs HTTP HEAD requests (falling back to GET when needed) to verify each URL. Status codes are classified as:
- 200-299: OK (working)
- 301, 302, 307, 308: Redirect (working but redirected)
- 404, 410: Broken (dead link)
- 403: Forbidden (may be bot protection)
- 500+: Server error
- Timeout: Server did not respond within 10 seconds
