SOOP Data Capture: Automatically or manually captures stream chat logs and VOD chat logs from the SOOP platform.

Live Stream Integration: When logged into the BS Manager system and a live stream is open on SOOP, the extension automatically begins capturing chat log data.

VOD Log Sync: Easily click a button on the extension box while viewing a VOD to capture its chat data, which is then stored in the VOD Management dashboard for processing.

AI Assistant Enablement: The captured data (including donations/Balloons and unique donors) powers the Bangsel AI to generate personalized thank-you messages based on your custom tone and sample phrases.

 

How It Works
 

Install & Login: Install the extension and log into your BS Manager account.

Stream Live: Start a live stream on SOOP or open a VOD.

Capture Data: The extension runs in the background or is triggered manually to capture all necessary fan interaction data.
