AI Chat TOC adds a lightweight table-of-contents sidebar to long Claude and ChatGPT conversations.

It lists your own messages in order, so you can jump back to earlier questions without manually scrolling through the entire thread. The sidebar stays collapsed by default, follows the host page theme, and only appears on supported conversation pages.

Privacy:
- No account system
- No analytics
- No external API calls
- No message upload
- No local or remote storage of conversation content
- Visible conversation text is processed locally on the page to build the table of contents
- Only a local boolean flag is stored to avoid showing the one-time tab discovery hint repeatedly
