Ratings in the Schedule Builder

While you're browsing sections, CourseGlance overlays the professor's rating, difficulty score, and "would take again" percentage directly on the page. No switching tabs. No copying names into another site.

Full professor pages

Click through to see a complete professor profile: overall rating out of 5, difficulty score, percentage of students who'd take them again, all their courses, and real student reviews with tags like "Exam Heavy," "Curved Grades," or "Lots of Homework." Reviews show the grade the reviewer received, so you know where the feedback is coming from.

Easy A finder

We surface the courses with average GPAs at or above 3.5, difficulty at or below 2.5 out of 5, and at least 80% of students saying they'd recommend it — confirmed against official UC Davis grade distribution data. Great for finding a GE that won't wreck your quarter.

Match Tool

Add up to four courses or professors to a comparison grid. Flip through categories: prerequisites, GE tags, units, professor ratings, difficulty, average GPA, and grade distributions visualized by letter grade. Choosing between two sections of the same course? This is the fastest way to make that call.

Search

Search by course code, course title, or professor name. Filter by department or college. Sort by highest rated, most relevant, or easiest. Results show ratings, difficulty, "would take again," and which professors teach each section — all in one row.

Privacy
