Zabbix NOC Alerter

About

Zabbix NOC Alerter turns a new Zabbix problem into something you cannot ignore: a sound alarm and a desktop notification the moment it appears, while you work on anything else.

It uses the Zabbix session you already have open in your browser, so there is nothing to set up beyond your Zabbix URL. No token required, nothing hardcoded.

FEATURES
- Sound alarm per severity, with volume and a test button
- Re-alarm while a problem is unacknowledged, until you acknowledge or mute
- Shows the host in the list and in the notification
- Acknowledge a problem right from the popup, with a message
- Notification when a problem is resolved
- Click a problem to open the exact event in Zabbix
- Filters: minimum severity, max age, exclude by text, hide suppressed or acknowledged
- Languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, picked automatically from your browser

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Talks only to your Zabbix (the URL you set)
- Reads the session cookie locally; an API token is optional
- No analytics, no telemetry, no data shared with third parties
- Open source (MIT)

HOW TO USE
1. Set your Zabbix URL in the options.
2. Keep a Zabbix tab logged in.
That is it. The extension checks your Zabbix and alerts you on new problems. Works with Zabbix 6.x and 7.x.
