  HOW IT WORKS
  A slim usage bar appears just below the model selector on every Claude chat page. It reads usage data directly from Claude's own API (the same data your account already uses) and refreshes automatically every hour, or whenever you switch back to the tab. Click the bar at any time to force an instant refresh.
