Bookmark Chaser fixes this permanently. Pick the bookmarks you want to track, and the extension quietly watches as you browse. The moment you visit a tracked site on its new domain, your old bookmark is deleted and a fresh one is created automatically — in the same folder, with the same name, pointing to the new address. You don't lift a finger. Your bookmarks simply never go stale.

Everything runs locally in your browser. No accounts, no analytics, no external servers, and no data ever leaves your device. The extension only uses the permissions it needs: bookmarks (to update them), tabs (to notice when a tracked site appears on a new domain), and local storage (to remember your tracked list).
