Meetingo gives you real-time, source-backed answers during your Google Meet calls — right in a side panel, without leaving the meeting.

Upload your own documents (PDF, TXT, MD) once, then let Meetingo listen to the live conversation and answer questions the moment they come up — with citations back to your own materials, so you can trust where every answer came from.

— WHAT YOU CAN DO —

• Answer the latest question — Meetingo reads the recent conversation, detects the question being asked, and generates a cited answer you can copy in one click.
• Pick from recent questions — choose exactly which question to answer when several have come up.
• Suggest what to ask next — get a few sharp, specific questions you could ask, based on the live discussion and your documents.
• Knowledge Mode — keep answers strictly grounded in your own documents (with citations), or allow the AI to also draw on general knowledge when your documents don't cover something (clearly labeled, so you always know the source).

— HOW IT WORKS —

1. Sign in and upload your documents on the web app.
2. Join a Google Meet and open the Meetingo side panel.
3. Start capture — Meetingo reads the live captions to follow the conversation.
4. Get instant, cited answers and question suggestions as the meeting unfolds.

— PRIVACY FIRST —

• Raw meeting transcripts are NOT stored. Only the question-and-answer results you generate are saved to your account.
• Your documents are private to your account and used only to answer your questions.
• Captions and questions are sent securely to our backend solely to generate answers for you. They are never sold or used for unrelated purposes.
