A professional template, ready to use

The default template is a well-structured German rental inquiry that introduces you, lists your occupation, income, lifestyle, and household size, and confirms you have all required documents (Einkommensnachweis, Mieterselbstauskunft, Schufa). It is the kind of message landlords actually want to read.

You fill in your personal details once — your name, job, income — and every listing gets a tailored message automatically.


Fully customizable

Click the extension icon to open the editor. You write your own template using two smart placeholders:

- {name} — replaced with the poster's name extracted from the listing
- {month} — replaced with the available-from month detected from the listing

A live preview tab shows you exactly what the filled message will look like, with sample values highlighted in color so you can spot any missing or mis-formatted text before you save.

You can reset to the default template at any time with one click.

How it works — step by step

1. Open any apartment listing on kleinanzeigen.de

4. The message is filled instantly — personalized with the poster's name and available-from month
5. Review, add your personal details in the bracketed fields, and send

If the available-from date cannot be found on the page, the extension fills the message anyway and highlights the placeholder so you know exactly what to fill in manually.


Privacy first

This extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Your message template is saved locally in your browser's sync storage (Chrome Sync) so it follows you across devices — but it never leaves your Google account. The extension only runs on kleinanzeigen.de pages. No analytics, no tracking, no external servers.
