What you get:
• Docked side panel that follows you as you navigate leads/contacts
• Live SMS history with new messages arriving in real time (5s polling)
• Per-user attribution — sends are logged to your Close user
• Auto opt-out toggle that blocks further sends to any number
• Auth-expired banner with a one-click re-authorize link
