Gisty summarises any web page with a single click — no second click, no waiting on a tiny popup.

WHY GISTY

Most summariser extensions make you click, wait for a dropdown to load, click "summarise," then squint at a 300px-wide popup. Gisty skips straight to the summary the moment you click the icon, in a real resizable, movable window — not a locked-in popup.

BRING YOUR OWN KEY

Gisty needs an API key from at least one AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI). Several offer free trial credit or a free tier, so you can start without spending anything. Your key stays on your device — Gisty has no server and never sees your data.

PRIVACY

Gisty reads the page you're viewing only when you click to summarise it. That text, along with any questions you ask, goes directly from your browser to the AI provider you've configured, using your own API key. Nothing passes through any Gisty-operated server, because none exists. Full privacy policy linked below.
