1. Organize all of your project URLs in a Google sheet- your timesheets, Webflow projects, Figmas, Stripe, Google Drive and docs links, Xero, 
2. Give them unique shortcodes structured as <project> <service> <facet> 
3. In your URL bar, type q, followed by whatever shortcodes you want to open the correct URL 
4. Share with your team, so everyone can find everything quickly & easily 

What should I store? 
- Project links- Webflow, Figma 
- Communications links- Slack, MS Projects, 
- Documentation links - Google drive, docs, sheets, Dropbox folders and more  
- Finance links - Client timesheets, Xero accounts, Invoicing apps 
- Analytics links- GA4, GTM, Posthog, you name it 
- Social links- Your client's facebook, insta, x, linkedin 

If it has a URL, you can make it easier to find and access.
