MakerWorld Creator Stats is a private, full-page analytics dashboard that turns your MakerWorld Creator Center data into something actually useful. No server, no account, no tracking — it runs entirely in your browser and reads your data using your existing logged-in session.

KPI OVERVIEW
See all your key metrics in one place: impressions, views, downloads, prints, collects, likes, boosts, and points — for any date range you choose.
DATE RANGES & PERIOD COMPARISON
Pick a custom start/end date. Then compare it against the previous period or the previous year: every metric shows a delta badge and a trend indicator. A "Biggest movers" section surfaces models that changed the most between periods.
PER-MODEL DRILL-DOWN
Click any model to see:
• A full conversion funnel (impressions → views → downloads → prints)
• Traffic-source breakdown (search, profile, external, recommended, etc.)
• Age-normalised performance (views/day, downloads/day)
• Tags, license, publish date, and instance count
CATEGORY & TRAFFIC ANALYSIS
• Breakdown of downloads and views by category
• Traffic-source mix across your entire catalogue
• Recency view: how your newest vs. older models compare
SORTABLE CATALOGUE
A full table of all your models sortable by any metric. Spot your best and worst performers at a glance.
AI INSIGHTS (OPTIONAL)
Ask one-shot questions about your stats — "which models are underperforming given their impressions?" or "what should I upload next?". Two providers supported:
• Gemini (Google) — free tier, no credit card required, recommended for most users
• Claude (Anthropic) — paid, for users who already have an API key
Bring your own key. It stays in your browser and is sent directly to the provider — it never passes through any server we control.

PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

• No backend server. No account required. No telemetry. No analytics on the extension itself.
• All your MakerWorld data is fetched using your own logged-in session and stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB. It never leaves your machine.
• Your AI API key (if used) is stored in localStorage, sent only to the AI provider you chose, and only when you explicitly click "Get Insights".
• Nothing is collected by the extension developer.

HOW IT WORKS

MakerWorld does not offer a public analytics API. This extension reads the same internal endpoints that the Creator Center website uses, authenticated by your live browser session. Because it runs inside your browser, it works seamlessly with MakerWorld's session cookies — no token copying, no workarounds.
When MakerWorld updates its site, the data shape may change and a new extension version may be required to restore full functionality.

HOW TO USE
──────────────────────────────────────
1. Install the extension and make sure you are logged in to MakerWorld.
2. Click the extension icon — it opens a full-page dashboard tab.
3. Press "Sync" to fetch your latest data.
4. Pick a date range, explore your models, optionally enable AI Insights.
Data is cached locally so subsequent opens are instant. Press "Sync" again whenever you want fresh data.

PERMISSIONS USED
──────────────────────────────────────
• storage — saves your analytics snapshots and preferences locally in the browser.
• makerworld.com — reads your Creator Center data using your existing session. This is the core function of the extension.
• api.anthropic.com — used only if you enable AI Insights with an Anthropic key. No request is made otherwise.
No permission is used for any purpose beyond what is described above.
