    description
Weft shows the fabric composition (for example, "95% Polyester, 5% Elastane") underneath each product card on supported clothing retailer websites — so you can compare materials at a glance without clicking into every product page.

    Currently supports:
Under Armour Canada (underarmour.ca) — listing pages and recommended-product carousels on product detail pages.

More retailers are planned in future updates.

    How it works:
When you visit a supported listing page, the extension reads the fabric composition from each product's detail page and displays it as a small text label below the product title. Results are cached locally on your device for up to 30 days so repeat visits are instant and retailer servers aren't hit unnecessarily.

    What it does NOT do:
    • No data is sent off your device. Nothing is uploaded, shared, or sold.
    • No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry.
    • No remote code — all logic ships inside the extension package.
    • No accounts, no logins, no required settings.

The optional toolbar popup is read-only and shows on-device counters (cache hits, successful fetches, rate-limit events). It has no controls and makes no network requests.

    Permissions:
    • Storage — to cache fabric composition strings locally on your device.
    • Access to underarmour.ca — required to read product detail pages so the composition can be extracted.

This extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Under Armour, Inc. or any other retailer mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Weft shows the fabric composition (for example, "100% Cotton" or "95% Polyester, 5% Elastane") right underneath each product on supported clothing sites — so you can spot breathable, natural-fiber pieces at a glance, without clicking into every product page.

    WHY FABRIC MATTERS
    • Natural fibers like cotton, wool, and linen breathe, wick moisture, and tend to be gentler on sensitive skin.
    • Synthetic-heavy fabrics like polyester, nylon, and acrylic trap heat and sweat, can hold onto odor, and shed microplastics in the wash.
    • If you have sensitive skin, run hot, or simply prefer natural materials, fabric content is the one detail that's hardest to find — usually buried at the bottom of the product page.

Weft puts it front and center. Every item gets a quick badge, plus a simple signal: a green check for cotton-rich pieces and a red mark for synthetic-heavy ones — so you can shop for what's closest to your skin in seconds.
