If the website is considered dangerous a warning dialog will open where you can close the website or continue the navigation and add it to the whitelist if you trust it.

You can also check manually the website opened in the active tab by clicking the extension's icon. Furthermore there is a button to open directly the Trustpilot website to read the reviews.
