About
Schedule Enforcer is a focus assistant that blocks distracting websites during the hours you choose. Set up a morning deep-work block, an afternoon study session, or a one-off focus sprint, and let the extension handle the rest. Unlike always-on blockers, Schedule Enforcer respects your calendar. When your focus window ends, the internet opens back up. When it starts, distractions get out of the way. Features: Calendar-based schedules — Create recurring weekly blocks or one-time sessions for specific dates. Blocklist or allowlist — Block only the sites that pull you in, or allow only what you need (great for deep work). Soft or hard blocking — Soft mode nudges you to close the tab; hard mode requires a deliberate override to continue. Emergency Focus — Start a 30-minute focus sprint instantly from the popup when plans change. Break windows — Add breaks inside a focus block so you can rest without turning protection off entirely. Reusable site lists — Save tags like “Social Media” or “Work Allowlist” and apply them to any schedule in one click. Granular control — Block entire sites or specific subsites (e.g. a YouTube channel or subreddit), not just domains. Stay honest, not punished Focus tools work best when they’re firm but fair. Schedule Enforcer includes a thoughtful override system: Optional confirmation phrase and cooldown delay Daily override budget so exceptions stay rare Distraction log that records why you overrode—not just that you did You’re building self-awareness, not fighting yourself. See your progress Track focused time, weekly trends, and streaks in the built-in dashboard. When you slip, the distraction log helps you spot patterns instead of guessing. Who it’s for: - Students who need study hours that actually stick - Remote workers protecting deep-work blocks - Anyone tired of “just five more minutes” turning into an hour Privacy Your schedules and settings stay on your device. Schedule Enforcer runs locally in your browser—no account required to get started. Get started in minutes Open the dashboard and create your first schedule. Add sites—or apply a saved site list tag. Let Schedule Enforcer activate automatically when your focus window begins. Protect your time where it matters most: the hours you already decided were worth protecting.
