What gets logged:
Each stopped session creates one row in your Notion database with the session timestamp (Title), start time (Date), and duration in minutes (Number).

Setup required (~2 minutes):
You'll need a Notion internal integration token and a database with a Title column, a Number column for duration, and a Date column. 

How to get started:
1. Install the extension
2. Paste your Notion integration token into the popup
3. Add your database URL (or click "Auto-fill from current tab" while viewing the database)
4. Click Test Connection, then hit start and get to work
