The built-in specifics grader checks the listing against eBay's required and recommended item specifics for its category and gives it a letter grade (A–D) based on two factors:

Missing required specifics (brand, condition, size, etc.)
Missing recommended specifics (high-value fields that improve search visibility)
Own listing insight for Baypoint users
If you're a Baypoint subscriber viewing one of your own listings, the extension surfaces a direct link to fix the gaps in PreFlight — no extra login needed. The extension identifies your listing using your eBay username, which is already visible on the eBay page.

How it works

Install the extension
Browse to any eBay listing (ebay.com/itm/...)
A specifics badge appears automatically on the page
Letter grade and missing field counts shown for all listings; fix-in-PreFlight link shown for your own
Permissions
This extension requests only two permissions: activeTab (to read the listing from the current page) and a single host permission to baypoint.ai (to fetch item specifics data). No browsing history is collected. No data is stored locally.
