Freelancer lookup helps you identify the owner of a Freelancer.com project while you browse project pages.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create an account at https://freelancerlookup.com
2. Add credit (crypto deposit) and create an API key in your dashboard
3. Install this extension and paste your API key in the extension popup
4. Open any Freelancer project page and click Find owner in the Freelancer lookup panel

WHAT YOU GET

• Owner username and user ID on supported project pages
• Pricing from about $0.005–$0.009 per new lookup (depends on project and region)
• Repeat lookups for the same project are free for your account
• Works when you are signed in to Freelancer.com in this browser

REQUIREMENTS
• A freelancerlookup.com account with available credit
• An API key from your dashboard
• You must be logged in to Freelancer.com so the extension can access your session for sealed or restricted projects

PERMISSIONS (why we need them)
• Freelancer.com — show the lookup panel and read project context on project pages
• freelancerlookup.com — connect to our API with your API key
• Storage — save your API key locally in the browser
• Cookies — read Freelancer login cookies only to build an auth token for project requests (we do not store your Freelancer password)
