If your inbox is a long pile of unread messages, Amarnai gives you a calmer place to work. It reads your email threads and groups them into folders you choose, like Customers, Bills, Family, or Newsletters, so related messages sit together instead of getting buried. You open Amarnai and everything is already in its place.

HOW IT WORKS, IN THREE STEPS

1. Connect your Gmail or Outlook account. It takes a minute.
2. Tell Amarnai the folders you want, in plain words. Not sure where to start? Let Amarnai look at your inbox and suggest a full set of folders for you. Most people rename two or three and they are done.
3. Open Amarnai and find your email already sorted.

IT NEVER SENDS OR CHANGES YOUR EMAIL

This matters, so here it is plainly:

- Amarnai connects in read-only mode. It can read your threads to sort them, but it cannot send, delete, or change anything in your account. This is enforced by the permission you grant, not just a promise.
- Amarnai has passed Google's security review, the same check required of any app that works with Gmail.
- Nothing is ever sent for you. If you ask Amarnai to draft a reply, the draft stays in Amarnai for you to read and edit. You send it yourself.
- Your email contents are not stored. Amarnai keeps folder labels and basic details like subjects and senders, never the full text of your messages.
- You can disconnect Amarnai at any time.
