WordLens gives you instant, context-aware definitions for any word or phrase on the web — not just a dictionary lookup, but an AI explanation that actually understands what the page is about.

HOW IT WORKS
Select any text → press Alt+D (or right-click → "Define with WordLens") → a tooltip appears with an explanation tailored to the context of the page you're reading.

Example: "model" on a machine learning blog gets a different explanation than "model" on a fashion website. WordLens reads the page first, then explains.

PRIVACY FIRST
Your API key is stored only in Chrome's local storage on your device. All API calls go directly from your browser to the AI provider — WordLens has no server, no backend, and collects absolutely no data. Full privacy policy available in the extension.

GETTING STARTED
1. Install the extension
2. Pick a free provider (Gemini or Cohere recommended)
3. Get a free API key from their website (links provided in onboarding)
4. Paste it into the extension popup
5. Select any word anywhere and press Alt+D
