About
Focus Mode helps you stay on task by blocking distracting websites while you work or study. Add the domains you want to avoid (for example social feeds or video sites), flip Focus Mode on, and Chrome will stop those pages from loading until you turn it off. Your list and on/off state are saved in Chrome sync, so they can follow you across devices when you’re signed into Chrome. A session timer shows how long the current focus session has been running, and total focus time adds up across sessions so you can see your progress over time. Highlights Simple on/off Focus Mode toggle Custom block list — add sites from the toolbar popup Timer — session time while focus is on; running total when it’s off Built for Manifest V3 with efficient network blocking Privacy: Your block list and focus settings are stored locally in Chrome (sync storage). No account is required for the extension itself, and we do not collect analytics through this extension.
