About

TourOptima — Ventrata order helper connects the Ventrata booking dashboard to your TourOptima dashboard chat, so your team can jump from a Ventrata order to the right guest conversation without copying and pasting.

How it works

Open a booking in Ventrata (dashboard.ventrata.com).
Open the extension side panel (available on Ventrata tabs).
The Ventrata order reference is detected automatically when you view a booking.
Click Open dashboard or use the embedded chat below to search your TourOptima dashboard with that reference already filled in.
Features

Automatic order reference detection — Reads the order code from the Ventrata booking view as you work.
Side panel on Ventrata — The panel appears on Ventrata sites so it stays out of the way elsewhere.
Dashboard chat search prefilled — Opens or embeds your operator’s TourOptima /chat page with the order reference in the search field.
Optional embedded chat — Show dashboard chat directly in the side panel while you stay on Ventrata.
Quiet embedded mode — Embedded chat runs with reduced notifications so the side panel is less distracting.
One-time setup — Enter your operator subdomain in extension Options (required before use).
Setup

Install the extension.
Right-click the extension icon → Options (or open Options from the side panel).
Enter your TourOptima operator subdomain (e.g. the subdomain before .dashboard.curatedplanet.com).
Save, then open Ventrata and use the side panel on a booking.

Permissions

Ventrata — To read the order reference from the page you’re viewing.
TourOptima dashboard — To open chat and prefill search when you use Open dashboard or embedded chat.
Storage — To remember your operator subdomain and the last order reference for the current session.
Privacy

Order references and settings are stored locally in your browser (extension storage). The extension does not send Ventrata data to third parties; it only connects your browser to your configured TourOptima dashboard.
