### Full description
LearnSphere is an AI‑powered study assistant that lives in your browser. Highlight any text on the web (or in a PDF opened in Chrome) to:
- Chat for deeper explanations
- Generate clean, scannable summaries
- Create interactive quizzes with answers and explanations
- Track your learning with a dashboard, knowledge gap analysis, and revision plans

All processing uses your own Google Gemini API key. Your data (quiz history, analytics, preferences) is stored locally in the browser.

#### What you can do
- Chat about selected text: ask “explain this,” “compare with…,” or “give examples.”
- One‑click summaries: get headings, key points, and takeaways in Markdown‑style formatting.
- Interactive quizzes: multiple‑choice questions with correct/incorrect feedback and explanations; save results.
- Knowledge tab: weak pages and frequent weak terms computed from quiz history.
- Dashboard: attempts, average score, last attempt, recent scores chart, top weak pages, and top chat topics.
- Export: copy or export quiz results (CSV) from the options page.

#### How it works
- Right‑click selected text and choose: Chat, Generate Summary, or Create Quiz.
- Or click the extension icon to open the LearnSphere sidebar.
- Configure your Gemini API key once in the popup or options page. Get a key from [Google AI Studio](https://aistudio.google.com).

#### Privacy & data
- Bring‑your‑own‑key: your Google Gemini API key is stored in Chrome storage.
- Data is local‑first: quiz results, topics, and analytics are saved in IndexedDB on your device.
- Only the text you ask the AI about is sent to Gemini. No background scraping or selling of data.
- Permissions explained:
  - activeTab: run on the page you’re viewing when you use the extension
  - storage: save settings and local data
  - contextMenus: right‑click actions
  - scripting: inject the sidebar UI on demand
