GroupMailBox is a productivity suite for Facebook Group admins who want to turn the member-request answers they already review every day into a
  structured follow-up workflow, without copy-pasting into spreadsheets or emailing one prospect at a time. When you visit your own Facebook Group's
  Member Requests area — the same page you already use to approve or decline pending members — GroupMailBox surfaces the answers each applicant gave to
   your screening questions in a clean side-panel view, so the information stops living trapped behind a UI you can only browse one applicant at a
  time. From the side panel you can organize entries into your own Google Sheet with one click, build personalized email templates with merge variables
   that pull in each applicant's first name, group name, and the actual answers they submitted, and send those emails from your own Gmail account as
  either one-off follow-ups or scheduled campaigns. The extension respects Gmail's daily send limits, surfaces remaining quota visibility before each  
  send, supports one-click unsubscribe handling, and keeps per-recipient send logs you can audit at any time. GroupMailBox is built for the admins
  doing this work manually today: if you currently approve members one by one, copy their answers into a Google Doc or spreadsheet, and then email them
   yourself, this extension is that exact workflow automated, with you in control of the data, the sheet, and the outbox at every step. Information you
   review goes only to your Google Sheet and your Gmail outbox; nothing transits a third-party CRM, and we use Google's APIs under the Limited Use
  Policy, which means we never read your email content or use it to train models. You can disconnect Google access at any time at
