Overview:
Ark Pass Extension is a secure browser extension developed to facilitate seamless login and account linking between users’ social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) and our communication platform. The extension’s purpose is to help users connect their business accounts securely so they can send and receive messages through our unified platform.

How it works:

The user installs the Ark Pass Extension.
The user opens the extension and is redirected to the official login page of Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
After a successful login, and only after the user has explicitly agreed to the Extension’s Terms of Use, Arc Pass securely collects the authentication cookies from the login session.
These cookies are encrypted and transmitted securely to our backend servers using HTTPS (TLS).
The cookies are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of maintaining a valid authenticated session that allows the user to send and receive business messages via our platform.
Users can revoke their consent or request deletion of their stored cookies at any time.

User Consent and Privacy:

The extension does not access or collect any personal data without the user’s explicit consent.
Before any data collection occurs, the user must agree to the Terms of Use explaining the purpose of cookie extraction and transmission.
All collected cookies are transmitted via encrypted channels and stored using advanced security standards.
The data is used only for account linking and session authentication — never for analytics, advertising, or any unrelated purpose.
Users can disconnect their linked accounts and delete all stored data at any time from within our platform.
