Sengerio, the management of bus hire via web.

In a unique system, Sengerio gathers all functions of different software used in companies, which are often not integrated with the aim of making management easier, cheaper and more efficient. The system has been designed with a single database capable of managing all company data.

Management of the hire office consists of two processes: business phase and finance phase. The business phase of the hire office is fully managed with this module: the first step is the quotation document, which can be changed into an order document, and finally into a supply document. The process modelled by the system is very flexible and allows for example, for an order document to be created without any commitment to inserting a quote. A powerful price list supports the price calculation, which can be fully customised in the structure allowing quick calculation of price lists that can always be modified with discounts and supplements.

The planning module manages the bus hire by assigning services to the vehicle and driver, or drivers if the service requires more than one. The main part of this module is the Scheduler, which manages the display of vehicles, drivers and their services in a schematic way. A grid will list services still available including a refined simple user interface.
