**How it works:**

1. Open MettleBox before your interview
2. Select the browser tab where your meeting is happening (Google Meet, Zoom web, Teams web, or any browser-based call)
3. MettleBox quietly captures audio from the meeting tab and your microphone
4. When the interview ends, stop the recording
5. Within minutes, receive a detailed AI-generated performance report
