  HighFit uses a simple credit system. Each score costs 1 credit. Interview prep content (cover letters, talking points, etc.) costs a small number of additional credits.

  FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  
  Does HighFit work on all job sites?
  HighFit has deep integrations with LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, and Ashby. For any other job posting, a smart fallback extracts the job details automatically — it works on the vast majority of job pages you'll encounter.
  
  How accurate are the scores?
  HighFit is powered by Claude, one of the most capable AI models available. It understands context, not just keywords — it won't penalize you for using different words to describe the same skill. That said, AI scoring is a tool to inform your judgment, not replace it. Use the strengths and gaps breakdown to understand why you got the score you did.
  
  What if I have multiple resumes?
  Currently, HighFit supports one active resume per account. We recommend keeping a well-rounded, comprehensive resume and using the "About You" additional context section to highlight focus areas for specific searches. Multi-resume support is on the roadmap.
  
  Is my data used to train AI?
  No. Your resume and job data are never used to train AI models. Your data is yours.
  
  Can I score jobs I find outside my browser?
  If you can navigate to the job posting URL in Chrome, you can score it. For job listings that don't have their own URL (like email job alerts), you can paste the job description directly in the HighFit dashboard to score it.
  
  What happens if I update my resume?
  Upload the new version in the dashboard and use the "Re-score" button on any job in your pipeline. Your updated resume will be used for all future scores automatically.
  
  PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
  
  We believe in transparency about why we request each permission:
  
  Storage — Saves your auth token locally so you stay logged in between browser sessions. Nothing else is stored in this storage.
  Active Tab — Reads the URL of the page you're currently viewing to determine if it's a supported job posting. We only access the active tab when you click the HighFit icon.
  Scripting — Injects a small script into job posting pages to extract the job title, company name, and description. This only runs on supported job sites when you explicitly click the icon.
  Host permissions (highfit.io, linkedin.com, lever.co, greenhouse.io, myworkdayjobs.com, ashbyhq.com) — Allows the extension to connect to the HighFit API and to read job posting content on these sites.
  We do not access your tabs in the background, track your browsing, or run any code on pages you haven't explicitly scored.
