Sylva Capture bridges your daily communication tools with your Sylva AI workspace — so nothing slips through the cracks.
If you use Slack and Outlook at work, you know the problem: important messages get buried, action items hide in long threads, and by Friday you can't remember what was decided on Monday. Sylva Capture solves this by quietly watching your communications and feeding them into Sylva, where they're searchable, summarized, and actionable.
HOW IT WORKS
Once installed, Sylva Capture runs in the background while you work. No extra clicks, no workflow changes.

Slack Capture — As you read channels and DMs, messages are automatically captured. Switch channels, scroll through threads, catch up on mentions — Sylva sees everything you see. Supports whitelist and blacklist filtering with wildcard patterns (e.g., "eng-*" captures all engineering channels).
Outlook Capture — Emails and calendar events are captured as you read them. Choose between automatic capture or manual "Capture Selected" mode for full control over what gets saved.
Web Capture — Right-click any page or text selection and send it to Sylva. Great for saving articles, documentation, or reference material.
Quick Notes — Click the extension icon and jot down a thought. It goes straight to your Sylva scratchpad.

SETUP IN 60 SECONDS

Install the extension
Click the icon and log in with your Sylva email and password
Enable Slack and/or Outlook capture in settings
Pin your Slack and Outlook tabs — you're done

For best results, add your Slack and Outlook domains to Chrome's Memory Saver exception list (Settings > Performance) so those tabs stay active in the background.
