A gentle popup appears in the corner of your screen at the top of every
hour — right when you need it most. It never interrupts mid-sentence, never
demands attention, and takes one click to dismiss if the timing isn't right.

🫁 THREE SCIENCE-BACKED BREATHING PATTERNS

- Calm (4-6-2) — Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale slowly for 6, rest for 2.
  The go-to pattern for reducing everyday anxiety and restoring a sense of
  ease. Activates the parasympathetic nervous system within minutes.

- Box Breathing (4-4-4-4) — Inhale, hold, exhale, hold — each for 4
  seconds. Trusted by military personnel, surgeons, and athletes to sharpen

- 4-7-8 — Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Developed by
