    Added option when you open an incognito window to reuse an existing incognito browser instance if it exists (basically add another tab to that browser instance). 
    
    To use this you need to check two options: 
    1) In extension options check "Allow incognito". This is not checked by default. 
    2) In Open Incognito options: make sure the "Reuse an existing incognito" box is checked. This is checked by default.
