All-In-One MVP Extension is a lightweight distraction management toolkit for Chrome. Its single purpose is helping you stay focused on what you are reading by blocking common social media time sinks and giving you a few simple supporting utilities for focused browsing.

Features:
- Distraction blocker: Toggle blocking of Facebook, Twitter/X, and Instagram from the popup. Uses Chrome's declarative network request system so the extension never reads page content.
- One-click dark mode: Invert any page to a dark theme for easier reading at night or in low-light conditions. Images, videos, and embedded media are kept in their natural colors.
- Save selection: Capture highlighted text on any page with one click. Snippets are stored locally in your browser.
- Quote of the day: A short daily focus quote shown in the popup. The quote list is bundled with the extension; nothing is fetched from the internet.

Privacy:
- No analytics, no tracking, no remote code execution.
- All data (saved selections, blocker state) is stored locally via chrome.storage.local.
- Nothing is transmitted off your device.
