PropRadar is an AI-powered Chrome extension for Indian house hunters. Tell it where you work, where you work out, where your kids go to school — up to 5 locations — and it finds properties that are actually close to your whole life, not just one place.

**How it works**

1. Pin up to 5 key locations on the map (office, gym, school, family home — anything)
2. Set your filters: rent or buy, BHK size, max budget, distance limit
3. Click "Find Properties with AI"
4. Gemini AI searches 99Acres, MagicBricks, and NoBroker simultaneously and returns properties ranked by combined commute score

**What makes it different**

Most property apps let you search near one location. PropRadar optimises across all your locations at once — a flat 3 km from work but 18 km from the gym scores lower than one that's 5 km from both.

**What you need**

Only a free Google Gemini API key from aistudio.google.com. The map, location search, and tile rendering are completely free with no signup required.

**Privacy**

Your Gemini API key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored locally in your browser. It is sent only to Google's Gemini API. No data is sent to any other server. The extension does not collect or store any personal information.
