Teams Helper lets you schedule and maintain your Microsoft Teams status using a simple timeline-based interface.

Create rules for Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb, Appear Offline, and other supported Teams presence states. Teams Helper automatically applies your selected status at the scheduled time and periodically checks that it remains set.

Teams Helper applies status updates through your signed-in Microsoft Teams web session. It does not simulate user activity or require you to keep the Teams website open.

Getting started is simple:

1. Install Teams Helper.
2. Create an Teams Helper Account
3. Sign in to Microsoft Teams on the web.
4. Open the extension and select your account.
5. Create your timeline and choose the statuses you want to use.

After setup, Teams Helper handles your saved schedule automatically. Background operation requires an internet connection and the browser must be permitted to continue running in the background.
