About
Qazaq Script Converter converts the Kazakh-language Cyrillic text on the web page you are reading into either the Latin alphabet (kk-Latn, the 2021 acute alphabet) or Töte jazu (төте жазу, the Arabic script), right where it sits on the page. It is simple to use. Click the toolbar icon, choose your target script (Töte or Latyn) and your scope (the whole page or just the text you have selected), then click convert. Qazaq Script Converter rewrites the page's text in place so you can read the same content in the script you prefer. When you choose Töte, the page is switched to right-to-left and an embedded Kazakh Arabic font (Kerwen Tor) is applied so the Arabic script displays correctly without installing anything. Everything happens locally in your browser. There are no network requests, no server or backend, and nothing is ever uploaded. Qazaq Script Converter does not collect, store, log, or transmit the page's content or any personal data. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, and no third parties. The extension only touches the current tab, and only when you click the icon to run a conversion. Your single UI preference (the script you last chose) is saved locally so you do not have to set it every time. Whether you are more comfortable reading Kazakh in Latin or in the traditional Töte Arabic script, Qazaq Script Converter lets you view the current page the way you want, privately and offline. Features: Transliterate a page's Kazakh Cyrillic text to Latin (kk-Latn, 2021 acute alphabet) Transliterate to Töte (төте жазу, Arabic script) with automatic right-to-left layout and an embedded Kerwen Tor font Convert the whole page or only your selected text Runs entirely in your browser: no network requests, no backend, fully offline No data collection, no tracking, no analytics, no accounts, no cookies, no third parties Acts only on the current tab and only when you click the icon Remembers your script choice locally for convenience Lightweight and fast, with conversion happening on the page in place
