What it does RepReady is a sales activation agent that prepares sales reps for the exact call they're about to make — before they make it. A rep feeds in a client's company profile, estimated deal size, contact person, role, and industry. RepReady uses that data to simulate a live voice call with an AI buyer built from that specific lead's profile. The AI buyer is skeptical, realistic, and responsive — not a generic chatbot. After the call, RepReady scores the rep across five dimensions: discovery quality, relevance of pitch, objection handling, call structure, and listening discipline — all tied to transcript evidence so the rep knows exactly what to fix. Over time, every simulation builds institutional data on what winning looks like in that team's specific market. The problem it solves Most sales reps fail for three reasons: they don't know enough about the client, they haven't made enough calls to know what good looks like, and they don't know what they're doing wrong. The result is reps burning qualified leads while still learning — costing the enterprise not just lost deals but lost people. Research shows it takes 7 to 9 months for a sales rep to reach baseline productivity, and only 25% of B2B reps hit quota in 2024. The tools that exist today offer generic role plays with fake personas that have nothing to do with the actual person a rep is about to call.
