mnera.io Bookmarks lets you save and search web pages directly from your browser — with one key difference: your bookmarks are stored in your personal Solid pod, a private data store you own and control. Nothing is copied to mnera.io servers.

What is a Solid pod?
Solid is an open standard developed at MIT that lets you store your personal data on a server you choose — or run yourself. Your pod is like a personal data locker: apps can read and write to it with your permission, but the data stays yours. Get a free pod at privatedatapod.com or solidcommunity.net.

Privacy
This extension reads the title and description of pages you choose to bookmark. It makes network requests directly to your Solid identity provider and pod — which can be hosted on any domain, which is why broad host access is required. No browsing data is sent to mnera.io.
