About
This extension helps you limit distracting websites while still giving you a moment to make a choice before you continue. When you try to visit a blocked site, a customizable prompt appears (for example: “Is this worth it?”). The “continue” button is temporarily disabled for a short, adjustable delay, giving you time to pause and reconsider the impulse. If you decide to continue, a subtle timer begins tracking your time on the site, helping you stay aware of how long you’ve been there without interrupting your browsing. To help build awareness over time, the extension can also show how much total time you’ve already spent on that site during the day. Features: - Block any websites you choose - Customizable interruption message - Adjustable delay before continuing to blocked sites - “You've already spent X time here today” awareness prompt - Lightweight, non-intrusive timer for site usage
