How do I auto-refresh a page in Chrome?

No. RefreshPilot is lightweight and built on Manifest V3. It only acts on tabs you arm, uses native browser scheduling instead of busy loops, and supports XHR-based monitoring that checks for changes without reloading the full page — which uses less bandwidth than manual refreshing.

Does it work in other languages?
Yes. The interface supports multiple languages, and keyword monitoring works with any language or character set a page can display, including right-to-left scripts.
