ServiceMark AI Form Filler lets restoration teams complete First Notice of Loss (FNOL) job-intake forms by voice instead of typing.

Open a supported job-creation page, click record, and speak the job details naturally — customer name, loss address, date of loss, affected rooms and materials, division, scheduling, and loss description. The extension transcribes your speech, maps each value to the correct field, and fills the form for you, including specialized dropdown and date controls that normally have to be clicked through by hand.

  • Converts relative dates ("yesterday," "tomorrow at 8am") into proper formats

 Form filling activates only on supported SERVPRO job-creation pages (DASH and WorkCenter), which require a SERVPRO franchise account. On other pages the extension indicates it is not available. Sign-in required. This extension is provided for authorized ServiceMark AI users.
