About

SourceClip - copy any web image or text straight into Google Slides™ and Google Docs™, with the source attached.

Stop juggling screenshots, downloads, and "wait, where did I get this again?" SourceClip lets you grab any image or paragraph from any web page and drop it into the Google Slides™ presentation or Google Doc™ you're working on - with a link or citation back to the original source added for you. It's the fastest way to copy images to Google Slides™ and save web images to Google Docs™ without breaking your flow.

HOW IT WORKS
- Hover over an image or paragraph and press Alt+C to copy it (or right-click and choose 'Copy with SourceClip').
- Switch to your Google Slides™ or Google Docs™ tab and press Alt+V to place it.
- The source page is attached as a clickable link or a caption - so your attribution is always there.
That's it. No saving files, no re-uploading, no hunting for the URL later.

FEATURES
- Copy images and text from virtually any website
- Paste directly into Google Slides™ and Google Docs™
- Automatic source attribution - link or caption back to the original page, so you always cite your sources
- Customizable captions with title, site name, date, URL, image alt text, and even product price on shopping pages
- Optional auto-paste into your most recent Slides or Docs window
- Hover highlight shows exactly what you'll copy before you grab it
- Images insert at their on-page size, so your layouts stay clean
- Alt text added to images for accessibility (Slides)
- A lightweight side panel for all your settings
- Keyboard-first: Alt+C to copy, Alt+V to paste (shortcuts are customizable)

PERFECT FOR
- Students and researchers building cited presentations and reports
- Teachers and educators assembling lesson slides
- Marketers and content creators gathering visual references and moodboards
- Analysts and professionals who build decks and docs from web research and need to keep track of every source
Think of it as a web clipper purpose-built for Google Slides™ and Docs - a faster, tidier alternative to screenshotting, saving, and pasting by hand.

PRICING
SourceClip is free for your first 10 pastes. After that, upgrade to Pro for unlimited pastes - just $2.99/month. Cancel anytime.

PRIVACY
Your privacy comes first. The images and text you copy travel directly between your browser and Google's APIs - SourceClip does not store your copied content, your page content, or your presentations and documents on our servers. SourceClip only accesses a Slides presentation or Docs document at the moment you place a copy into it, and never touches your other files.
