AIMS AI Blocking

About

AIMS AI Blocking enforces your organisation's AI usage policy inside the browser.

When your administrator marks an AI tool as "blocked" in AIMS (the AI Monitoring
System by Workflo), this extension redirects that tool's website to an in-browser
notice instead of letting it load — helping your company stay compliant with the
EU AI Act and its own internal rules.

How it works
• The administrator force-installs the extension and pushes the AIMS server URL
  and an organisation token via managed policy (Google Workspace, GPO or MDM).
• The extension fetches the block list from your AIMS server and refreshes it
  every few minutes, honouring each rule's schedule (e.g. only during work hours).
• Visiting a blocked AI tool shows a clear "blocked by your organisation" page.

What it does NOT do
• It does not read, collect or transmit your browsing history or page content.
• It does not see what you type. It only acts on top-level navigations to the
  specific AI domains your organisation's policy lists.

This is an organisational tool intended to be deployed by administrators on
managed browsers. Without an AIMS configuration it falls back to a small default
list of well-known AI sites.
