YouTube has excellent learning content, but homework time can quickly drift into Shorts, recommendations, comments, and unrelated videos. StudyPony helps parents and homeschool families turn YouTube into a focused learning space for kids.

With Study Mode, distracting surfaces are hidden so the watch page stays centered on the video, title, and learning source. Parents can approve trusted educational channels and playlists so study time stays closer to the sources they selected.

Early launch note:

StudyPony is built as a lightweight learning boundary, not a surveillance tool. It helps reduce common YouTube distractions during study time, but it is not an enterprise-grade parental control system and does not make bypassing impossible for a technical user with device control.
