Lets you save Webex meeting and lecture recordings as MP4 files with a single click — no third-party websites, no screen recording, no account required.

**How it works**
When you open a Webex recording page and press play, the extension listens in the background for the video stream URL. As soon as the MP4 link is detected, a badge counter appears on the extension icon and a notification pops up. Click the icon, then hit Download — Chrome saves the file straight to your computer.

**Supported domains**
Works on webex.com and all related Cisco Webex / Webex Teams subdomains. Video files may be served from standard CDN providers (CloudFront, Akamai, Limelight, LLNW) — the extension handles these transparently.

**Step-by-step**
1. Navigate to a Webex recording page
2. Press play and let the video load for a few seconds
3. Click the Video Downloader for Webex icon in the Chrome toolbar
4. Click the Download button — the MP4 is saved to your default Downloads folder

**Privacy**
This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. It only inspects network request URLs (not their content) on Webex pages to detect video file addresses. No analytics, no tracking, no external servers.
