Dakira (ذاكرة — Arabic for "memory") is the fastest way to save URLs to your Notion database (more database providers will be added soon). Capture any webpage with one click, add tags and notes, and build your personal knowledge library.

🚀 HOW TO USE

1) ONE-TIME SETUP
• Duplicate this ready-made Notion database:
  https://www.notion.so/2fcde24145de80c58136ceb190090e33?v=2fcde24145de802c9307000c8ecc4ffa&source=copy_link

• Your database must include these properties:
  - Name (Title)
  - URL (URL)
  - Thumbnail (Files & media)
  - Date Added (Date)
  - Tags (Multi-select)
  - Notes (Rich text)

• Create a Notion integration:
  - Go to https://www.notion.so/my-integrations
  - Click "New integration"
  - Give it a name and save
  - Copy the "Internal Integration Secret" (API key)

• Share the database with your integration (required):
  Option A — from the database (3-dot menu):
  - Open the database in Notion
  - Click the ••• menu (top-right)
  - Choose "Connections"
  - Search for your integration name and select it
  - Confirm the connection

  Option B — from the integration settings (Access tab):
  - Go to https://www.notion.so/my-integrations
  - Open your integration
  - Go to the "Access" tab
  - Click "Edit access"
  - Search for the database and add it

• Connect the extension:
  - Click the extension icon
  - Go to Settings
  - Paste your API key
  - Paste your Database URL (or ID, if supported)
  - Click Save / Verify


2) SAVE A PAGE (AUTO CAPTURE)
• Open any normal webpage
• Click the extension
• URL + title are auto-filled
• Optionally add tags or notes
• Click Save


3) SAVE MANUALLY (BLANK TAB OR CUSTOM LINK)
• Open the extension
• Switch to Manual mode
• Enter URL + Title
• Optionally add tags or notes
• Click Save


4) SAVE FROM RIGHT-CLICK (CONTEXT MENU)
• Right-click any link or selected text
• Choose "Save to Notion"
• The extension opens with details prefilled
• Add missing fields and save

✅ TROUBLESHOOTING
• 401 error → invalid API key
• 403 error → database not shared with the integration
• 404 error → database ID is wrong
• Schema mismatch → missing/incorrect property names
