About
Snapture is a screenshot and bug reporting tool for QA engineers, developers, and support teams. Capture the visible tab, annotate, blur sensitive areas, crop, record a short clip, and copy element details — all from one editor. One-click screenshot Capture the active tab with Alt+C, the toolbar icon, or the right-click menu. The page URL is stamped on the screenshot automatically so the source of the bug is always visible. Annotate with precision Draw rectangles, arrows, and text directly on the screenshot. Outlined text stays readable on any background. Choose from preset sizes (S, M, L, XL) and 5 preset colors, or pick a custom color. Blur sensitive data Use the blur tool to hide emails, tokens, names, or any private information before sharing the screenshot. Crop Trim the screenshot to the area that matters. Existing annotations stay aligned. Record short clips Record a screen capture of the reproduction flow and save it as a .webm file, ready to attach to your bug tracker. Inspect and copy element info Right-click any element to copy its tag, class, computed color, background, font size, and page URL in a format ready for bug reports. Fast export Download as PNG or press Ctrl/Cmd+C to copy the image to the clipboard and paste it directly into Jira, Linear, Slack, GitHub, or any other tool. Keyboard shortcuts R - Rectangle A - Arrow T - Text B - Blur C - Crop Cmd/Ctrl+Z - Undo Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+Z - Redo Cmd/Ctrl+C - Copy image Alt+C - Capture screenshot Privacy Snapture does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers. Screenshots, recordings, and clipboard content stay on your device. No accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. Built for teams that write a lot of bug reports.
