About

a Chrome extension that uses ML-based classification to detect, categorize, and help you close tabs you no longer use.

Here's what it does:

🧠 ML Classifier
Every open tab is automatically classified into one of 6 categories:
→ Active (things you're actually working on)
→ Inactive (tabs you haven't touched in days)
→ Social (Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit…)
→ Entertainment (YouTube, Netflix, Spotify…)
→ Research (docs, Stack Overflow, Wikipedia…)
→ Utility (Gmail, Calendar, Drive…)

⚙️ Customizable "unused" threshold
You decide what counts as unused — 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or a custom number. The extension tracks real visit history (not just tab age) and computes a usage score for each tab.

🗂️ Bulk close with confirmation
The extension suggests which tabs to close. But before anything gets closed, it shows you the full list and lets you uncheck any tab you want to keep. No accidental losses.

↗️ Jump to any tab directly
See a tab you want to switch to? Click the arrow icon in the list and it jumps you directly — even if it's open in a different window.

💾 RAM savings visible
Every close action shows you exactly how many MB were freed. Closing 15 unused tabs? That's ~570 MB back.

🛠️ Smart browser-restore detection
Chrome restores all your tabs every time you relaunch. Old versions of tab managers would count that as "active use". This one doesn't — restored tabs aren't marked as visited until you actually click them.
