ChroMarx does not sell or collect your bookmark data. Bookmark titles, URLs, and folders are processed locally on your device. On-device AI answers never leave your computer. Cloud AI is used only if you add your own Gemini API key. Broken-link checks send requests only to the URLs you saved. Pro checkout and license validation are handled by Polar.
