WHY IT MATTERS

COMPLIANCE SAFE
For area codes that straddle two timezones (Florida panhandle, parts of Kentucky and Tennessee, etc.), the extension uses the westernmost zone — so the displayed time is never earlier than the lead's actual local time. Your team never accidentally calls before 8am.
